Confidentiality & NDA.

Discretion is the precondition for the rest of the service. This statement summarises the confidentiality regime that applies to every engagement. The corresponding clauses live in the mutual NDA signed at onboarding and in our Terms of Service.
Standing NDA
Every client signs a mutual non-disclosure agreement before onboarding. The NDA covers all information exchanged in connection with the engagement, personal, household, financial, medical, professional, and family, for the duration of the engagement and indefinitely thereafter, except where disclosure is compelled by law.
Need-to-know access inside the office
Information about a client is shared inside the office only with people who need it to perform a specific task, and only to the extent needed. We minimise what is written down, store what is needed behind access controls, and do not discuss clients across engagements.
Suppliers and household staff
Vetted suppliers and household staff are briefed only on what they need to deliver their part of a request. Where the supplier is engaged on a recurring basis, we require a written confidentiality undertaking before sharing client information. Suppliers who breach confidentiality are removed from our roster.
No public client list
We do not name clients publicly, in marketing, in case studies, in social posts, or in conversation with prospects. Any quote or reference appearing on the site is anonymised to role and city only and is published only with the quoted person's written approval.
Data minimisation
We collect only what we need to deliver the service. We review and prune client records periodically, and at the end of an engagement we delete operational data we no longer have a lawful basis to retain, see the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy.
Breach response
If we learn of a confidentiality breach affecting your data, we will inform you promptly with what we know, the immediate steps we have taken to contain it, and the remediation that will follow. Where the law requires notification to a regulator or authority, we will comply.
Compelled disclosure
If we receive a court order, subpoena, or other legally binding request for client information, we will, where permitted, notify the affected client before disclosing anything, so the client may seek to challenge or narrow the request.
